Position
Overview:

SourceBlue
is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to support our team with financial
reporting, analysis, and daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience
in construction and supply chain finance and exposure to large-scale projects
within the Turner family of companies.

Key
Responsibilities:

* Assist
with invoice processing, cost tracking, and vendor account reconciliations
* Analyze
procurement and project cost data to identify trends and variances
* Help
maintain financial models and internal tracking tools
* Prepare
business-specific financial analyses and presentation materials
*
Collaborate with Operations and Procurement teams to support business
objectives
* Develop
tools for SourceBlue-specific risk assessment efforts
* Assist in
developing and monitoring supply chain KPIs to drive performance improvement
* Assist in
client and vendor credit analysis

What

The hourly pay range for this position is estimated
to be $20 - $30 per hour.


Qualifications:
Enrolled at 4-year college or university offering accredited and credentialed degree programs, recommended majors include and not limited to Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to document and manage accurate and timely information
Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Open to leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including student leadership, volunteerism, or other community involvement
Passionate and willing to learn about overall Turner Finance business strategy, culture and core values
Assume personal and professional responsibilities for actions and activities
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas, flexible, adaptable and with attention to detail

work sites, office locations, and/or off-site venues. The employee must
regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up
to 25 pounds.
