Overview

This is an intern position. The purpose of the IT Lifecycle Services Intern (ITLS) Depot Tech is to work alongside, and under the guidance of, the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs.



Responsibilities

    Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders
  • Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management
  • Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders
  • Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Solid Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Device repair experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
