Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate / Truck Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role also includes operating a company truck to transport materials between company locations and vendors as needed. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.


Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and fulfill customer and internal orders by picking materials from racks and verifying product quantities and item numbers.
  • Receive, unload, stage, and stock incoming materials independently or as part of a team, depending on shipment size and daily workload.
  • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments to verify item numbers, quantities, and packaging requirements.
  • Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders, move inventory, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Work with the Warehouse Administrator to ensure all warehouse transactions are properly completed in the ERP system in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately, including both small parcel and palletized shipments.
  • Prepare and process domestic and international shipments using shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by recording materials received or distributed through the company's inventory management system.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and floor lifts safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Safely operate a company truck (non-CDL, DOT regulated) to transport materials, supplies, or equipment between locations, vendors, or customers as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping floors, removing trash, and keeping work areas safe and orderly.
  • Ensure the company truck is properly maintained, clean, and operated in accordance with company and DOT safety requirements.
  • Assist with monitoring environmental conditions within the warehouse when required.
  • Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in training new warehouse employees when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Team player, ambitious, detail-oriented, person who is self-initiating and accountable for their work assignments
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate a non-CDL DOT-regulated company truck.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience using handheld scanners and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory handling.
  • Good communication and basic math skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to perform manual labor in a warehouse environment.



Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
