We are seeking a Adobe Journey / Campaign Architect with solid analytical and technical expertise to support omni-channel marketing execution. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ensuring accurate delivery through disciplined QA, testing, and governance.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on campaign architecture experience, SQL and data proficiency, and solid project management skills. This role partners closely with Marketing Operations, Strategic Marketing, Data Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric marketing solutions aligned to business objectives.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end customer journeys in AJO across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels
  • Develop and refine journey and campaign logic to support intended customer experiences and marketing goals
  • Implement and execute end-to-end QA and testing frameworks to validate accuracy, compliance, and business requirements
  • Manage, monitor, and automate recurring campaigns; oversee scheduling and post-launch performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align requirements, SLAs, release plans, and issue resolution
  • Anticipate emerging customer needs and contribute innovative, scalable solutions
  • Support large, complex initiatives with broad team or business impact
  • Contribute to standards, runbooks, and best-practice documentation; mentor team members and promote continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles supporting omni-channel campaign development and execution
  • Proven experience with Adobe marketing platforms, including AJO Campaign/Journey, and/or CJA (or comparable tools)
  • Proven solid understanding of relational databases, data structures, and data management processes
  • Working proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret platform-generated code
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Proven solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working within formal QA and change management frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience with additional marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze)
  • Ability to be self-motivated and operate effectively amid ambiguity and confidentiality
  • Proven solid collaboration, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
