We meet immediate needs with food, clothing, and healthcare, and offer the tools one needs to live with hope, dignity, and greater independence. Compensation: The Recovery Support Specialist is responsible for delivering Recovery Support Services to clients undergoing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) clinic. This role includes providing case management and facilitating Recovery Support Services (RSS) groups in alignment with the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) guidelines. The Specialist will utilize automated, billable recovery services to support residents participating in SUD programming. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; 5-7 years of experience in case management with experience providing documented billable services in addiction treatment. Must have at least 1 year of experience using ECW, Credible, or some other automated billing service. Required License/Certification: CPR and First Aid certification, Valid driver's license Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week) Expected Contributions: Program Administration

Reports to: Clinical Director, IOP Position Designation: This position is designated as Safety Sensitive. You may be subject to drug testing prior to or during your employment with SOME. In this position, you may be disqualified from employment based on the presence of marijuana in test results, even if you possess a medical card authorizing the use of medical marijuana. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day.
