Oracle Integration Engineer (REST Services)

Crystal Management (CMiT) is seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Integration Engineer to design and develop secure REST-based integrations in support of a U.S. Army program. The selected candidate will build scalable API integrations, develop REST services, and integrate enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB).

This role requires expertise in REST API development, integration architecture, data transformation, and secure authentication frameworks, supporting modern cloud-based enterprise integration environments.

Responsibilities

  Design and develop REST-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  
  
• 
  

  Build and consume secure REST APIs using standard HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).

  
  
• 
  

  Develop custom REST endpoints using the OIC REST Adapter.

  
  
• 
  

  Perform JSON and XML payload transformations for enterprise data exchange.

  
  
• 
  

  Integrate applications with Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB) and other enterprise systems.

  
  
• 
  

  Design and implement API architectures, including exposing database procedures as REST services.

  
  
• 
  

  Develop canonical data models and API request/response schemas.

  
  
• 
  

  Implement structured error handling, logging, and fault management frameworks.

  
  
• 
  

  Support large payload processing and pagination in API services.

  
  
• 
  

  Configure and manage API security and authentication mechanisms, including:

  Programming & Scripting: SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting
