Shift: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

This Role's a Match If You Have:

• Previous call center, customer service, or billing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the office during scheduled hours and remain flexible for potential schedule changes.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use call center software.

Day-to-Day:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing and payment inquiries.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base.
• Accurately update customer accounts and log call details in the system.
• Resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and follow-up coaching sessions to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
