Role Description & Responsibilities

Dassault Systemes is at the forefront of the software industry, and we're looking for a sharp, data-driven Entry-Level Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic ENOVIA Brand finance team. This isn't your typical accounting or finance role. You'll be a key part of the ENOVIA FP&A team, synthesizing vast amounts of business data into actionable insights that directly influence our decisions and actions. You will be instrumental in building & maintaining of the financial reporting infrastructure that supports our strategic decisions, from forecasting revenue to in-depth insights on the portfolio.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Serve as a data expert on the finance team. Utilize SQL to query, extract, and manipulate large, complex datasets from our data warehouse and other sources to uncover underlying business drivers and trends.
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models for our budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership, including detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and insightful commentary.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with key departments like Sales, Marketing, and Product to provide analytical support, track departmental KPIs, and build financial models for new initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of our FP&A processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience (including internships) in financial analysis, corporate finance, business intelligence, or a related data-heavy role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • SQL Expertise (Required): Demonstrated proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. You should be comfortable with joins, aggregations,
    • Advanced Excel: Strong fluency with Excel including experience with pivot tables, vlookups / xlookups, and building basic financial models.
    • Data Acumen: Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively leverage data for insights

Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
