Position Summary

The Digital and IT Analyst is an intermediate IT technical position with 2+ years related experience in a technical or business role working in a team environment. Ability to communicate, lead projects, and perform critical analysis under limited supervision. A business analyst focused on digital quality platforms and regulated IT systems. Leads requirements definition, process mapping, validation planning support, and continuous improvement for quality-critical applications (e.g., eQMS, document control, training, CAPA). Bridges Quality and IT to ensure systems meet compliance, data integrity, and business needs. Gathers and documents user requirements, supports change control, and partners with technical teams to deliver validated, audit-ready solutions.

Qualifications

Key Skills:
* QMS domain knowledge: CAPA, NC, change control, audits, document/training control; basic understanding of regulated quality environments as applicable
* Lean fundamentals, Kaizen participation, standard work and simplification mindset.
* Participates in multiple teams/projects, demonstrates complex problem solving techniques along with the understanding of one or more technical/functional business areas
* Point of contact (POC) for most communications and manages expectations, recommends modifications of basic Quality IT systems to improve and simplify systems
* Bachelor's Degree in IS/IT, Engineering, Business, or related function
* 2+ years experience in Information Technology or Engineering Quality with industry recognized certifications
