The Manager, Total Rewards - Americas supports the effective administration and continuous improvement of Belden's U.S. health, welfare, and retirement programs, while providing benefits coordination support for Canada and Mexico. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards - Americas, this role focuses on operational execution, compliance, vendor management, and employee experience, with opportunities to contribute insights and recommendations to ongoing program enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson work, problemsolving, process improvements, and ensuring programs run smoothly and compliantly across the region. What You'll Do
What You Bring
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $95,000.00 - $125,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
