Operations Team Lead - Central Fill Pharmacy (2nd Shift) Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Position Summary McKesson is looking for a motivated Operations Team Lead to support our Central Fill Pharmacy during 2nd shift. This role helps drive workflow efficiency, supports team performance, and ensures highquality service for our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead daily team operations to meet production and mail processing goals. Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues and operational updates. Assign and organize work to support daily objectives. Support general pharmacy operations, including order filling, receiving, putaway, dispensing, sorting, shipping, returns, and cycle counting. Contribute to SOP development and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational guidelines. Provide performance observations and assist with newhire and peer training. Promote McKesson's I2CARE & ILEAD principles. What You'll Need High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs. Problemsolving skills and a positive, teamoriented mindset. Preferred Knowledge of McKesson Central Fill processes. Experience training or mentoring team members. Pharmacy Tech License Working Conditions Work performed in temperaturecontrolled production areas; requires standing and lifting up to 30 lbs. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
