Equipment Tech Supervisor Farr West, UT Job Summary: Equipment Tech Supervisor oversees the personnel that maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots the technical CNC equipment. Lead team members to continually improve quality, safety, and efficiency of the equipment. They lead technical staff, manage work orders, implement safety standards, and coordinate with vendors. Typical requirements include years of experience in repairing CNC equipment, strong leadership skills, and technical knowledge of CNC machines. Essential Functions:

Travel: Must be available and willing to travel as the employer determines whether it is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Working Conditions: Work in shop environment 50%-80% of the time. Office environment 20%-50% of the time. Must be able to work odd hours/schedule. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment, and machinery, i.e. forklift, truck, cranes. Requires normal range of hearing and vision to operate machinery, and to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Will require steel toe shoes/boots.
