From optimizing accounting processes to enhancing the use of financial systems and data, the team helps companies scale efficiently and unlock measurable value. By combining deep finance operations expertise with technologyenabled solutions and handson implementation, the group improves cash flow, strengthens controls, and drives sustainable profitability-delivering results aligned to each fund's valuecreation thesis. What You Will Do: Lead endtoend delivery of valuecreation initiatives for private equity clients, overseeing multiple workstreams and ensuring highquality, measurable outcomes. Translate investment thesis and valuecreation goals into comprehensive transformation roadmaps across finance, accounting, and operational processes. Identify improvement opportunities across P2P, O2C, and C2R/R2R workflows while guiding teams on technologyenabled enhancements and scalable solutions. Serve as a senior advisor to PE operating partners and portfolio company executives, facilitating alignment, decisionmaking, and progress toward valuecreation targets. Direct advanced financial and operational diagnostics, including KPI design, modeling, workflow analysis, and quantification of improvement levers. Oversee evaluations and optimizations of financial systems to enhance automation, controls, and data integrity. Review and approve deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards and client objectives. Guide improvements to monthend close, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring portfolio companies deliver boardready and lenderready outputs. Lead business development by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, developing proposals, and supporting growth within the practice Provide leadership and coaching to project teams, supporting skill development, performance management, and a culture of accountability and collaboration. Manage engagement economics, resourcing, delivery risk, and overall engagement quality to ensure operational excellence. Contribute to practice growth by enhancing methodologies, tools, delivery frameworks, and the overall PE Value Creation offering Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 12+ years of experience working with private equity clients or within a private equity value creation or portfolio operations environment. Demonstrated success leading complex, multiworkstream transformation initiatives that deliver tangible operational and financial improvements. Experience in business development, including identifying opportunities, building and maintaining senior client relationships, and contributing to proposal development and practice growth. #LI-CHI, #LI-NYC #LI-BM New York City Pay Transparency Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. New York Salary Range: NY Minimum Salary (USD) $ 260,200 NY Maximum Salary (USD) $ 440,330 Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
