As we continue to evolve, we're seeking a DTC Producer to help drive the execution of the digital and print marketing experiences that connect customers to the Pendleton brand.

As a key contributor on the E-Commerce team, this role is responsible for coordinating the daily, weekly, and seasonal campaign production that powers Pendleton's owned digital experiences, email marketing, and paid and organic search channels. You'll help manage the go-to-market campaign calendar and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time across platforms.

In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Creative Services to bring campaigns and seasonal storytelling to life. You will help guide production workflows from briefing through final delivery, ensuring clear communication, organized execution, and consistent delivery across digital channels and seasonal print catalogs.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and maintain the seasonal and weekly go-to-market campaign calendars using inputs from cross-functional teams
  • Track and coordinate key milestones including briefing deadlines, creative review cycles, asset delivery, technical assembly, QA, and publishing
  • Support the execution of campaigns across Pendleton's owned digital experiences, email marketing, and search channels
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and updates within workflow and project management tools
  • Communicate campaign and production status across teams and escalate high-impact issues when needed
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of digital merchandising content across owned digital channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and production workflows
  • Track and support seasonal print catalog production milestones including creative development, mail file production, press checks, printing, and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure successful execution of both digital and print deliverables

  • Collaborate effectively across E-Commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Creative teams
  • Manage and optimize production workflows to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Support seasonal print catalog production and delivery

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-6 years of professional experience managing production workflows in a retail and/or e-commerce environment
  • Experience supporting direct-to-consumer print production processes preferred

Tools & Systems

  • Experience with creative workflow and project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, AirTable, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with e-commerce CMS and operational tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
