Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Duration: 6 months (Contract to Hire) Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days/week) Summary We are seeking talented and motivated Full Stack Engineers at various levels to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality, scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications Build efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features. Develop APIs and microservices using modern frameworks and tools. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in coding and design. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Skills Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, Python Frameworks & Tools: React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Spring Batch Databases: DynamoDB, DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL Other Skills: RESTful API development, version control (Git), CI/CD, Cloud experience: AWS Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end). Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
