initial site evaluation through design and permitting. CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Land Development Team in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you'll support site planning, civil design, and permitting efforts across a diverse range of development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong technical foundation, learn from experienced professionals, and see your work progress from early concepts through construction-while making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. What You'll Do:
Assist in site planning and civil design tasks for land development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layouts

Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
