Job Overview
Seeking a candidate with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) to deliver business solutions and modernize legacy applications. The role requires independent problem-solving, effective stakeholder collaboration, and clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highlights of your role
Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust Power Platform and Azure-based solutions.
- Design system architectures leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and related services.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance requirements.
- Lead the integration of Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, SharePoint, custom APIs).
- Oversee data migration, solution upgrades, and implementation of new modules or features.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
- Present architectural solutions in accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Document architectural decisions, workflows, and technical guidelines.
- Partner with the Power Platform Technical Lead and key IT stakeholders, including Architecture, Platform, Infrastructure, and Operations to define and implement best practices for developing and deploying solutions across Power Platform and Azure.

Technical Solution Skills
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
- Proven experience delivering at least two enterprise-scale Power Platform and/or Azure solutions.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus).
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments. Research and evaluate modern technology requests and determine if they are feasible for the organization and assist acquisitions in implementation.
- Integrated legacy ERP solutions into the Power Platform and D365 technology solutions ensuring business continuity.
- Create and advocate for modern technology policy and best practices.

- Take an immersed position in the customer experience landscapes.
- Build rapport and establish constructive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with and influence a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to manage small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power FX languages.
- Experience writing PL/SQL, SQL, and understanding of Oracle RDMS and Platforms a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting custom integrated, enterprise and third party packaged software and web solutions, preferably in an agile environment.
- Working knowledge of systems supporting end user experience with supporting workflows and business processes.
- Experience with technology transformation, modern solutions and frameworks including public cloud.
- Ability to travel on occasion (approximately 20%)
Also want to make sure you have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline desired.
- Experience leading software development life cycle processes including analysis, design, system construction, testing, training, communication planning, and deployment (concept to deployment).
- Demonstrated experience supporting a business operation, manufacturing a plus.
