We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support machining and manufacturing process engineering operations in a high-volume production environment. This role focuses on continuous improvement, process optimization, quality control, and production support across machining and assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support manufacturing process engineering activities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Apply engineering principles and data-driven analysis to optimize machining processes and product quality.
  • Use statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or QStat to evaluate manufacturing performance and identify improvements.
  • Provide hands-on support for CNC machining operations, including experience with MAG Specht 500 equipment.
  • Manage acceptance, commissioning, and validation of machining equipment.
  • Lead process audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and operating procedures.
  • Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis methods.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality procedures.
  • Participate in daily production meetings to address engineering issues and improve productivity metrics such as JPH and FTT.
  • Support tooling improvements, production layouts, and engineering project planning.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machining operations and equipment validation.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (Minitab or QStat).
  • Strong project management, quality documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, 5Why, FMEA, PPAP, and continuous improvement tools is preferred.
