Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM Monday-Wednesday (+ Thursdays during peak seasons)

3rd Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday-Saturday (Friday-Sunday + rotating Thursdays during peak seasons).

4:00 PM - 4:00 AM Thursday-Saturday (Friday-Sunday + rotating Thursdays during peak seasons)

What Makes You a Fit

• High school diploma or GED required
• Hands-on time with machines, production, or warehouse gear (5+ years)
• Has a general understanding of some or all of the following: Mechanical, PLC, ACDC Drives, Basic Electricity & Electronics, Arc Flash.
• Mechanical problem-solver with tool skills
• Sharp eye for catching mistakes early
• Physically ready to lift, move, and hustle
• Team-focused and steady under pressure
• Must be flexible with work schedule

Essential Functions:

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues or defects and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure consumables and equipment settings are maintained at specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly; if unable to resolve, escalate accordingly.
• Train and mentor employees on proper methods of equipment operation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met.
• Serve as backup for Production Lead.
