WhatYou'llBe Launching

TheSenior Program Financial Analystwill oversee all program-related financial activities from proposal through award and completion. This role is critical in supportingcommercial andgovernmentcontractingcompliance, ensuringaccuratefinancial reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive program success.

Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it)



  • Oversee program finances from proposal to completion, including cost planning, revenue forecasting, and EAC(Estimate at Completion)management.
  • Perform variancecost and priceanalysisandprovideactionable insightstoleadership.
  • Ensure adherence to FAR, CAS, and otherGovernmentregulations.
  • Supportrevenue recognitiondeterminationsin accordance withASC 606.
  • Oversee billing processes, including milestone and progress billings.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensuretimelyinvoicing.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams on proposal development and pricing.
  • Assistin creating Statements of Work (SoW) with project teams.
  • Conduct contract reviews and provide financial input during negotiations.
  • Administer project setup and cost plans in NetSuite.
  • Train and advise team members on program finance and NetSuite usage.
  • Develop laborutilizationreports, resource planning, and staff planning metrics.
  • Provide financial dashboards and charts for leadership decision-making.


Pre-flight Checklist



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Experience in developing monthly financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting principles.
  • Proficiencyin NetSuite ERP system.
  • Experience with EAC reviews, revenue forecasting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
  • Familiarity with provisional billing rates, incurred cost submissions, and proposal pricing.
  • Ability to interpret contracts andassistin SoW development.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Bonus Cargo



  • Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and milestone billing structures.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Salary:$91,000-$151,000

Classification:Full Time, Exempt
