About the role:

The Change Enablement - Enterprise Product data experience (PDX) Strategy Lead serves as the transformation leader responsible for driving organizational readiness, process re-engineering and enterprise adoption of the new Product Information Management (PIM) platform. This role ensures stakeholders across North America and global teams understand, adopt and realize value from the PIM solution. This role combines strategic change leadership with hands-on execution, this position enables successful implementation and sustained business adoption of enterprise product data capabilities that improve speed, quality and operational effectiveness.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, Massachusetts or Arden Hills, Minnesota; or Maple Grove, Minnesota office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy supporting Enterprise PDX adoption initiatives.
  • Drive organizational readiness across impacted functions and global regions.
  • Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation and reinforcement plans to sustain change.
  • Define and monitor change effectiveness metrics to measure adoption, engagement and value realization.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment efforts across North America and global teams.
  • Develop and execute targeted communications that clearly articulate the PIM platform's value proposition and business impact.
  • Engage senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to champion adoption and sustain momentum.
  • Conduct business impact assessments to identify role, process and capability changes resulting from PIM implementation.
  • Support process re-engineering efforts to integrate PIM into upstream and downstream workflows.
  • Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and evolving business operating models.
  • Lead development of role-based training materials and end-user enablement resources.
  • Partner with functional leaders to embed adoption into operational rhythms and performance expectations.
  • Support end-user readiness to ensure effective utilization of the PIM platform.
  • Support definition and implementation of attribute governance frameworks.
  • Partner with data and business stakeholders to establish and maintain enterprise data standards.
  • Promote data quality, consistency and accountability to ensure delivery of high-quality product information across the enterprise.



Required qualifications:



  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, information systems or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in change management, digital transformation or enterprise system implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional adoption initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and readiness planning.
  • Proven experience driving adoption of enterprise platforms such as PIM, ERP, PLM, CRM or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop executive-level communications.



Preferred qualifications:



  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Formal change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in product data governance, attribute management or enterprise data standardization.
  • Experience operating in a global and/or regulated industry environment.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
