About the role: Become aSeniorProduction Planner for our Boston Scientific Operations Commercial planning team in Maple Grove, MN! Our production planners are responsible for planning the manufacture of finished devices for our global customers across the BSC plant network. This position provides the opportunity to own and improve production planning processes, tools and systems. Our production planners are passionate about continuous improvement and work closely with key partners and customers throughout the value stream. Use your knowledge, skills and passion to help improve the quality, cost and delivery of Boston Scientific medical devices for our customers and patients across the globe. Boston Scientific production planning activities are focused on meeting customer service objectives while always assuring a continuous production flow through our Value Streams. This role provides leadership for key processes such as SIOP, SIOE, and CI/LBP projects. A successful candidate should have strong technical and process capabilities along with the ability to influence cross functionally and cross regionally. This individual will possess the ability to lead projects, give work direction and execute manufacturing/materials strategy and tactics.
