The Clinic Urgent Care (UC) and Nurse Connect Manager - RN is responsible for providing supervision and leadership to patient care team staff in the UC Department. The UC/Nurse Connect Manager has responsibility for the day to day operations of the UC patient care team and for working collaboratively with the Urgent Care Clinical Medical Director. The position supervises daily staffing, customer service, and financial performance of the clinic. The Clinic Manager also functions as a resource person for other department managers and staff in addressing various operational issues within the clinics. Additionally, the UC and Nurse Connect Manager has responsibility for the day to day operations of the Nurse Connect program and provides leadership, oversight, supervision, guidance, and evaluation of nursing staff performance for the Nurse Connect staff.

JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or relevant field or equivalent educational training with practice management is required.
- Preferred Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or related health field
- Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a clinic practice setting is required. Experience in similar size/type of organization (managed care) is preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse License required if a Registered Nurse.
- Preferred Lean certification or training.
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid Healthcare provider CPR/AED certificate is required. Employee must obtain certification within four (4) months of employment.
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver license with good driving record and/or ability to provide own transportation to various work locations, as required.
