Job Summary

We are looking for talented and experienced Technology Managers to lead End-User Computing team, specializing in Global Email and Print Services. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting the communication tools that connect our enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our email and print platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness across a global landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Manage the enterprise email platform (including Outlook and Exchange), routing, and associated email tools such as Mapper, Imanami, Politemail, and Poppulo. Oversee corporate print and fax services, including tools like Canon Netaphor, Uniflo, and Smartscan.

Operational Oversight: Oversee infrastructure managed services teams responsible for delivering Tier 2 (L2) operational support in a 24x7x365 global environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Information Security, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment on policies, compliance with regulations, and effective communication strategies.

Vendor Management: Engage with third-party vendors to ensure that all licensing and service arrangements are appropriately structured, fully compliant, and optimized to deliver maximum organizational value. Support the optimum licensing and usage of these tools across the Enterprise.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of enterprise technology management experience, with a focus on communication and collaboration tools in a large-scale, global environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Back-Office platforms, collaboration tools, and awareness of integration techniques for connecting these tools with other enterprise applications.

Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and working with third-party vendors.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to work with stakeholders to ensure services are appropriate and provide maximum value to the organization.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of software and engineering principles. Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.

Domicile Information:

The preferred location for this position is Memphis, TN, United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
