What You Do.



  • Liaison between customer support, production scheduling, quality, and shipping departments.
  • In charge of running availability checks at all plant locations. Identify products that are short and work with production scheduling to improve.
  • Work with Inventory Control Team on distressed product. Identify batches to dispose of and find best way with input from the team.
  • Develop, manage, and execute reports as assigned.
  • Point person during formal production allocation. Maintain allocation tool in SAP Fiori, meet with marketing/sales team to determine segmentation. Monitor order management throughout entire process.
  • Daily allocation-based customer segmentation and self-determine customer needs.
  • Owner of back-order processing, order add-backs, and short notifications.
  • Proactively identify workflow-stops in the supply chain. Develop processes to either resolve or create efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
  • Represent customer support on various cross-functional teams and serve as the departments SME on Agile Team.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and independently make decisions under pressure. Ability to exert influence across assigned customers and internal teams.


Your Education and Experience.



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role required, including responsibilities of entry of purchase orders, price validation, product allocation, and resolution of customer issues.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary for this position, including word processing, presentation, Excel, Internet, E-mail, database applications, general IT, and strong technical skills. SAP preferred.
