About the Hiring Group The Department of Data Collection & Systems is seeking aMail & Data Capture Workflow Coordinatorto support fulfillment and data capture operations at RTI's Research Operations Center (ROC) located at RTI's headquarters in Research Triangle Park, NC. This salaried, exempt position plays a key role in coordinating operational workflows that support research data collection activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across teams and organizational levels. As part of the ROC Operations team, the coordinator will manage project workflows, track production capacity and schedules, and support internal client communications within FDC. Responsibilities also include coordinating contract staff, supporting fulfillment and data capture projects, overseeing quality control processes, assisting with system testing and form development, and managing study incentive operations.
