The Helium MRI Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 1100 MRI customers while driving commercial performance through contract renewals, pricing execution, issue resolution, and business growth. This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure reliable supply, strong customer relationships, and profitable growth across the assigned account base.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of MRI accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact for customers.
  • Own the renewal of existing supply agreements, ensuring timely execution and continuity of business.
  • Execute price increases and surcharge initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Helium Operations and Logistics, Credit and Collections, Billing, and Customer Service to resolve customer issues and maintain service levels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within existing accounts and pursue new MRI business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity documentation using CRM and standard reporting tools.

Minimum Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Commercial or sales experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills required
  • Highly self-motivated individual with strong desire to succeed and work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts
  • Strong communication skills with externalcustomers and internal business functions, with ability to work cross functionally
  • Familiarity with CRM a plus
