We are looking for an experienced transactional attorney to be a part of the T-Mobile legal team that is dedicated to supporting T-Mobile's Corporate Strategy and Spectrum teams in M&A work as they continue to grow. T-Mobile has publicly announced billions of dollars of M&A transactions over the last several years and will continue to pursue additional M&A opportunities. This position's primary role will be to support a steady flow of high-value M&A transactions, steering the deal process from inception through closing and beyond. The right candidate will be able to hit the ground running and provide informed, risk-adjusted and practical legal and business advice across the enterprise to the teams who engage in this work. Recent deals supported by this team have included the acquisition of wireless assets from U.S. Cellular for $4.4 billion, the formation of two separate joint ventures to acquire fiber internet companies, and over 100 spectrum acquisitions. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
