We are looking for our next great team member to join our management team and assist in the operations of the Culinary Department. We are committed to providing you with:

In this role, you will be assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Culinary Department.

Here is what you will be doing each day:



  • Creative and innovative culinary skill while meeting property financial goals
  • Manage and supervise daily kitchen operations for the restaurant
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to brand standards and recipes.
  • Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
  • Strong inventory and cost control with an understanding of finding solutions


Does this sound like you?



  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant kitchen.
  • Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Communicates goals and expectations and inspires associates to achieve goals and advance careers
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead by example
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
