Position Summary: Lead and manage a team of structural bridge engineers responsible for the planning, design, and delivery of structural projects. This role provides technical leadership, oversees project execution, and ensures that work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsible for staff development, resource planning, and maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. In addition to managing the section's workload and performance, the position plays a key role in business development, client relationships, and maintaining technical excellence across all structural bridge engineering.
