Position Summary The R&D Scientist is responsible for contributing to Division technical initiatives focused on polymer raw materials, new product and process development. The scientist will plan, research, analyze, design, execute, manage, develop and test materials, component parts, prototypes and manufacturing processes necessary to develop new or to improve existing products. The scientist is responsible for developing solutions to material science problems of difficult scope and complexity using scientific principles. The scientist will work in close collaboration with marketing, product engineering, and manufacturing engineering functions to achieve project goals and meet strategic business objectives. Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science/ Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field required.
