HRIS Analyst (Hybrid) 101 Truman Medical Center Job LocationCrown Center Kansas City, Missouri Department Human Resources Information Systems Position Type Full time Work Schedule 8:00AM - 4:30PM Hours Per Week 40 Job Description Works under the direction of the Sr Director of HRIS and in collaboration with HRIS team to provide specialty services and support to assigned HR department discipline. Provides mentoring and knowledge transfer to other department staff. Provides education and guidance to system users related to specialty area. Provides reporting and analysis services for internal and external customers. Works collaboratively with other department staff in achieving of department operational goals and objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or the equivalent in a combination of relevant college course work and work experience 3-4 years' experience in Human Resources business processes, software and or hardware Workday system experience or experience in similar HR management system Demonstrated understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management Experience in data auditing and analysis Strong communication skills and comprehensive ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management through verbal and written communication. Good presentation skills. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, provide timely follow-up and resolution in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn and effectively use new technologies Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems
