Location: Esperanza Health Center
Primary Purpose Responsible for providing comprehensive and evidence-based healthcare for patients, including, but not limited to, problem identification, inquiry of medical history, identification of psychosocial concerns and determinants of health, relevant physical exam, medical assessment, and appropriate management/treatment of acute and/or chronic medical conditions, as well as recommended screening tests/health maintenance ensuring optimal health, decreasing complication, and expediting recovery.
