Description and Requirements The HR Partner (HRP) is responsible for aligning Lenovo HR/people strategies with the goals of a the MBG Product function. S/he will work closely with the product leadership team and the WW Product Leaders to understand teams' needs, goals, and priorities, and work to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achieving those goals. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $120k - 170K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
