Position Summary: 12-month onsite in-person clinic director position to work under limited direction, provide leadership and management of the Speech-Language Hearing Rehabilitation Outreach Center (SHROC).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure ENMU's compliance with the Clinical Education portion of CAA Standard 3.0B Curriculum (Academic and Clinical Education) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Supervise practicum students at the ENMU SHROC and nearby practicum sites
- Serve as student liaison for external practica and facilitate appropriate clinical practicum experiences
- Conduct weekly student practicum meetings/check-ins
- Promote the clinic, engage in community awareness, and build the SHROC client base to ensure appropriate opportunities for student practicum experiences.
- Organize and conduct educational and promotional community presentations
- Deliver direct clinical services with and without supervising students.
- Oversee, direct, guide, and assist with billing, reimbursement, and all claims-related activities.
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements: A master's degree in Communicative Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, eligibility for NM licensure, and a minimum of three years of experience directly related to the duties specified are required. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to complete assignments independently with confidence and competence
- Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and be sensitive to standards and
procedures of both clinical/therapeutic and academic community models - Ability to abide by ASHA COE standards

Physical Demand and Working Conditions:
- Work is performed during normal work hours
- Work is sedentary in nature that at times requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or a consistent amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
