The Channel Sales Account Executive has primary responsibility for managing and growing business and relationships within our US Government and Distributor segments. This position will work closely with field sales, marketing, and management to define and execute successful sales strategies. This role regularly engages with senior leaders within channel partner organizations to guide decision-making and strengthen the focus on Bio-Rad solutions. With responsibilities spanning both Life Science and Clinical Diagnostic portfolios, the Channel Sales Account Executive balances strategic planning, partner collaboration, and operational execution to drive growth and elevate Bio-Rad's presence across key markets.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Drives sales execution of channel strategy to ensure Bio-Rad's revenue and profitability goals are met.
  • Manages all administration to include price files, new product adds/deletes, product notifications and changes, monthly rebate files, and quarterly channel partner commissions.
  • Works in conjunction with National Channel Sales Manager to develop strategic business plans spanning Clinical Diagnostic and Life Science channel partner opportunities.
  • Coaches sales teams on channel partner best practice to achieve optimal channel sales results.
  • Works effectively with internal resources and channel partners to negotiate and manage contracts. Attend channel partner regional and national meetings to increase Bio-Rad's visibility and influence channel partner's focus on our solutions.
  • Establishes cadence calls with all partners to discuss overall strategy, business results, and opportunities.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, medical diagnostics and/or life science. MBA is a plus.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years related experience as AM, AE or KAM.
  • Knowledge of GPO's, Distribution and Government Market is required.
  • Experience working with Federal Contracts and Procurement is required.
  • Experience managing health-system IDN & GPO level accounts as well as negotiating contracts is strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills including strong presentation skills is required.
  • Experience executing on business plans and working with blue sheets is required.
  • Experience in performing complex pricing and financial analysis.


Location: This position covers the Virginia area. The individual must live within a geography that allows them to visit customers on-site.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,900 to $148,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
