Fire Alarm Project Manager

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee fire alarm projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and communication between all stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of fire alarm system projects including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage procurement processes including material ordering and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout procedures.

• Proven experience in managing fire alarm projects or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, industry standards, and local codes.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage subcontractors efficiently.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• NICET certification (Level II or higher) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
