Job Description:

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting
our laboratory operations, ensuring the smooth handling of equipment, components, and inventory. You will be responsible for a variety of
technical and logistical tasks, including PCB rework and repair, equipment calibration tracking, and managing shipments and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of lab equipment, development boards, and components, ensuring accurate documentation and safe transport.
  • PCB Rework, Soldering & Repair: Perform hands-on rework, soldering, and repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs) as required, following established procedures and quality standards.
  • DevOps Board Shipment: Prepare, package, and ship development boards to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Power Module Inventory & Delivery: Manage inventory of power modules, track stock levels, and coordinate timely delivery to relevant teams or departments.
  • Equipment Calibration Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of equipment calibration schedules, ensuring all tools and instruments are calibrated and compliant with industry standards.
  • Calibration Logistics: Coordinate the delivery and receipt of equipment for calibration, working closely with external vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime.
  • General Lab Support: Assist with other laboratory tasks as needed, including equipment setup, workspace organization, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory, electronics, or technical environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in soldering and familiarity with PCB rework and repair techniques.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with standard office software (e.g., MS Office, inventory management systems).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $24.52 - $53.85.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
