About CLP Engineering CLP Engineering (CLPE) is a fullservice electric utility solutions engineering firm with more than 20 years of experience supporting electrical utility system ownership, upgrades, maintenance, and operations through our sister company, City Light & Power. We provide comprehensive power system engineering services to federal, government, investorowned, municipal, cooperative, industrial, and commercial clients, delivering reliable and resilient infrastructure solutions across the country. The Project Manager-Federal General Contractor will oversee all aspects of federal projects from initial planning stages through project close out. This role works closely with Senior Project Managers, superintendents, and federal clients to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget, while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations and CLPE standards.
