This is a great opportunity to join Lenovo's Sales organization and apply your expertise, sales leadership skills in a role that has high visibility and impact. We are seeking a Senior Storage Sales Leader focused on driving market share growth in Lenovo's growing Storage Solutions Business. The Lenovo Storage Sales Team is a world-wide group of subject matter expert sellers responsible for the growth of Lenovo storage solutions. This organization works directly with Lenovo's customers, partners and direct sellers to promote and close storage solutions. In this position, you will be leading a storage sales organization and responsible for the sales plan and team. You will be responsible for developing a business plan with your team and extended team to meet and exceed assigned quota. We need a leader who understands the Data Management business and has experience selling into the channel and can work in a matrixed sales environment. Excellent consultative selling, technology selling, presentation, business management and communication skills are necessary. This position will be report directly to the VP of Infrastructure Sales, North America. The ideal candidate for this role will:
