What you will do:

• Be willing to learn to be the foremost expert in the GainSeeker software suite. This includes interfacing PCs to various gauges, designing custom operator interfaces, developing reporting tools and training various levels of users.
• Monitor the delivery of project related items so that the project stays on schedule.
• Communicate quality control processes with plant personnel.
• Provide end user assistance for PC hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Learn manufacturing Statistical Process Control (SPC)

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field; experience in lieu of education will be considered.

• 3+ college credits in Statistic or 6+ credits in other math related courses
• Exposure to and / or experience with Python or other object-oriented languages
• 1+ year of technical experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software.
• SQL database experience is a plus
• The ability to travel up to 75%
