The team drives strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance the compliance organization's goals and enhance enterprise coordination, fostering a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement. Position Summary The Compliance Strategic Initiatives intern will play a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining processes. This role will support the team by developing proposals and implementing strategies to strengthen Electric's compliance program, including evaluating technology-focused tools to improve program efficiency and effectiveness and revising compliance-specific policies and standards. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
