The Specialist II, Work Management Process supports and improves GTM's Asset & Work Management business processes and practices. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives across Work Management (WM) applications, processes, and data. This role collaborates across the business to prioritize enhancements, sustain documentation, support training development, and help drive maturity and consistency in GTM's operating model.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead GTM's Work Management strategy and plan, including objectives, deliverables, key activities, and analytics.

  • Lead development and implementation of WM business process flows, process documentation, guidance, practices, and work instructions.

  • Lead efforts to cleanse, consolidate, classify, and create WM documentation.

  • Support Organizational Management of Change (OMC) for program implementation and governance.

  • Perform detailed WM data analytics and rootcause assessments to identify actionplan improvements.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and help develop future strategic direction aligned with business priorities and risks.

  • Support sustainment and enhancements of WM applications, transactional data, and practices

  • Collaborate with business clients to prioritize application updates, process improvements, and data enrichment needs.

  • Manage sustainment of WM documentation and the team SharePoint site.

  • Lead and support development of WM training materials for internal and external customers.

  • Engage and build relationships across programs, stakeholder groups, and crossfunctional teams.

Who You Are:

You Have:

  • Related postsecondary diploma/degree + 3 years' experience or 5+ years of field operations experience.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; seeks innovative solutions.

  • Experience with large datasets across multiple applications/tools.

  • Ability to think strategically and communicate/report clearly.

  • Ability to manage diverse relationships, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and independently lead/support WM initiatives and audits.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence senior leadership and lead meetings/work sessions.

  • Strong analytical, criticalthinking skills, and attention to detail due to safety, regulatory, operational, and financial impacts.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Asset & Work Management frameworks, standards, asset hierarchy structures, and data standards.

  • Experience with ERP systems (Maximo/Oracle), Proficiency with PowerBI and MOS.

  • Advanced knowledge of company software, databases, SOPs, and SharePoint.

  • Project Management Certification (or equivalent experience).

  • Working knowledge of ISO 14224, ISO 55000.

  • Familiarity with CFR 49 192 / CSA Z662 and associated asset strategies.

  • MMP or SMRP certification.
