Position Overview

Heiser has immediate openings for Service Advisors. We are looking for individuals who bring professionalism, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service. Successful candidates demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Service Advisors serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience. This position includes administrative responsibilities, cost estimating, repair order preparation, and maintaining accurate documentation of labor and time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and initiate automotive service and repair processes
  • Accurately identify vehicle performance concerns and service needs
  • Contact assigned guests twice daily with status updates
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Develop accurate estimates for recommended repairs
  • Prepare and document repair orders
  • Serve as the communication link between guests and Technicians
  • Ensure Technicians understand customer needs and concerns
  • Clearly explain recommended services and repair findings to guests


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Participation in E-Verify
