Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Account Manager (AM) directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies and are directly responsible for creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the AM presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.

The account manager will also be responsible for Supportingmedia campaigns, planning,coordination, andexecution across multipleplatforms (Digital, Social & Streaming) and manage campaign operations and posts on social media by implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. They must be able to demonstrate self-motivation, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or human service field required. Prior marketing or behavioral health experience within a behavioral health-care setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and provider/physician relationships & Digital/Social campaigns preferred. A valid Driver's License is required. The candidate will live in Western Pennsylvania and will cover a territory based on their geographic location.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and communication skills, Agile in identifying customer needs and strategic opportunities, Ability to represent the facility to a wide range of people and organizations in a positive manner, Competent at developing and maintaining customer relationships within all types of accounts, Strong interest in digital media,Advertising and Sales.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital & Social ad platforms. Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
