Summary:

The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Responsibilities:



  • The PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales team.
  • The analyst will be responsible for supporting/managing a specific range of products and will work closely with Product Marketing / Sales and Sales OP / HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory and inventory status.
  • The individual will also generate reports and represent the SCM team when working with internal/external customers.
  • Will be the point of contact for supply-related issues and will interact closely with all teams.
  • Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management.
  • Forecasting AP2 Demand.
  • Order management.
  • Attend meetings with counterparts.
  • Maximize Revenue.
  • KPI Management.
  • Run ad hoc reports.


Requirements:



  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math, or similar
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Excellent Analytical Skills / Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite / SAP experience helpful
  • Korean Language (not a mandate but helpful)
  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Must be available to consistently work overtime and on Monday holidays (not a full working day)
