Support covering the US ECOM Channel by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support to key cross-functional partners. This role partners closely with Site Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and improve overall ecommerce economics.


Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis


  • Provide decision support to the US Ecommerce organization, influencing operating and strategic decisions through insightful financial and operational analysis for cross-functional partners (Site Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain).



  • Lead the interpretation and analysis of financial, operational, and business performance to achieve annual financial commitments.



  • Drive forecasting and planning processes for the US Ecommerce business in partnership with Commercial and Planning teams.




Financial Close & Reporting


  • Own the monthly and quarterly financial close process for the US Ecommerce P&L.




Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Management


  • Support the management of key balance sheet and cash flow items, including inventory and capital investments.




Business Partnership & Strategic Analysis


  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to improve customer acquisition efficiency, lifetime value, and overall ecommerce economics.



  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop and execute initiatives to reduce freight and fulfillment costs.



  • Provide financial guidance and evaluation for digital and omnichannel investment initiatives, including website and app enhancements.




Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Actively lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to drive attainment of financial goals.




Leadership & Development


  • Lead, coach, and develop a Senior Financial Analyst, building strong analytical capability and business partnership.
