What You'll Be Doing
* As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll be a key member of our team. Your experience will help guide both projects and people, from concept to completion. Responsibilities include:
* Performing or delegating design tasks to project engineers and technicians
* Making critical design decisions and reviewing project deliverables
* Preparing correspondence, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
* Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution
* Registered Professional Engineer with 4-8 years of experience (or equivalent as a Project Engineer)
* Experience in civil design plan development
* Ability to complete stormwater and sanitary drainage studies
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Strong organizational, technical writing, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A collaborative spirit - comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* A knack for presenting ideas clearly, both in writing and in person
