The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $74,786.64 - $115,056.38 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. SCOPE: Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis - Partner with clinical and operational leadership to evaluate financial impact of service lines and growth initiatives - Analyze revenue cycle performance, payer mix, reimbursement trends, and operating expenses - Support physician compensation modeling and productivity reporting -Performs research and analyses relative to losses and financial trends. -Assist with return-on-investment analyses (business cases) -Maintain financial models to support forecasting and long-range planning - Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools - Support in preparation for the external reporting and compliance requirements Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
