Parent to Parent Program Facilitator

The Parent to Parent Program Facilitator will oversee the NICU Family Centered initiatives and activities developed within the NICU committees to ensure a successful Parent to Parent program that aligns with Family Centered Care principles in the CFH NICU, Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative, and Vermont Oxford Network quality improvement recommendations.
